Service Providers

We may provide information to companies that perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Website hosting and maintenance;
  • Email and text-message communications;
  • Customer relationship management;
  • Scheduling and project management;
  • Cloud storage and data backup;
  • Analytics and website-performance services;

These providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.

Employees and Contractors

Information may be available to EpoxyEver employees, installers, subcontractors, and authorized representatives who need it to evaluate, schedule, complete, or support your project.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

  • Comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process;
  • Respond to a lawful government request;
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of EpoxyEver or another person;
  • Investigate suspected fraud, misuse, or unlawful conduct; or

Business Transactions

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction. Any recipient would remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.

With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information when you ask us to do so or provide your consent.

06

Selling and Sharing Personal Information

EpoxyEver does not sell personal information for money.

As of the Effective Date, EpoxyEver does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as “sharing” is defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

We do not provide mobile telephone information, text-message opt-in data, or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the business, communicate with customers, and complete requested services. These operational disclosures are not treated as sales when handled as permitted by applicable law.

If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required privacy choices.

07

Cookies and Online Tracking

Cookies are small files that websites may store on a visitor’s browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, and software development tools.

As of the Effective Date, the EpoxyEver website does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels to sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our hosting provider may still process standard server logs and use technologies required for website operation, reliability, security, or fraud prevention.

If analytics, advertising, or additional cookie-based services are introduced, we will update this policy and provide consent or opt-out tools when required.

You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Disabling certain technologies may affect website performance or functionality.

08

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard governing all Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to every such signal.

Where legally required and technically supported, EpoxyEver will recognize valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Because EpoxyEver does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, no separate sale or sharing opt-out is presently necessary.

09

Telephone Calls and Text Messages

If you call or text EpoxyEver, we may use your telephone number and the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, provide an estimate, schedule services, or deliver project-related updates.

Submitting an estimate request does not automatically enroll you in recurring marketing text messages.

If you separately consent to receive recurring promotional texts:

  • Consent is not a condition of purchasing services;
  • Message frequency may vary;
  • Message and data rates may apply;
  • You may reply STOP to opt out; and
  • You may reply HELP for assistance.

We may send a final confirmation after processing an opt-out request. Transactional or project-related messages may continue when legally permitted and reasonably necessary to provide requested services.

10

Email Communications

We may email you in response to an inquiry or about an active or previous project. We may also send promotional emails when permitted by law.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contacting us. Even after opting out of marketing, you may continue to receive non-promotional communications concerning an estimate, scheduled project, transaction, legal notice, or customer-service matter.

11

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to an inquiry;
  • Prepare or follow up on an estimate;
  • Complete and support a project;
  • Maintain warranty, customer-service, tax, insurance, and accounting records;
  • Resolve disputes;
  • Enforce agreements;
  • Prevent fraud or abuse; and
  • Satisfy legal and regulatory requirements.

Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

12

Data Security

EpoxyEver uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These safeguards may include access restrictions, reputable service providers, secure hosting, encrypted transmission where supported, device protections, and limited employee or contractor access.

No website, electronic transmission, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information electronically at your own risk.

13

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request that we:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information;
  • Provide access to certain personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete certain information;
  • Provide a portable copy of certain information;
  • Explain the categories and sources of information collected;
  • Explain the purposes for which information is used;

  • Reconsider a decision concerning a privacy request.

You may also:

  • Opt out of promotional emails;

  • Block or delete cookies through your browser; and
  • Ask questions about our privacy practices.

These rights are subject to applicable legal exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will use information submitted with a privacy request only to verify and respond to that request.
